All Apollycon orders can be picked up at the Fire Drake Artistry booth at Apollycon from April 27-30th.
*If your purchase is not picked up at the event, you will be refunded (less 20% restock fee) from your purchase and your item/ items will be forfeited.*
Sign measures approximately 8” X 10” and is made from a single layer of engraved 1/4” Baltic Birch with a 1/4” Baltic Birch frame overlay.
There is approximately 1.5” - 2.25” of space on each side of the center image available for signatures.
The white paint used is standard acrylic latex indoor/ outdoor paint, and does well with permanent marker. Excessive rubbing can cause signatures to fade, but I have personally tested it with alcohol and the marker still didn’t come off.
All items are hand painted and crafted with care. These items are fragile and for display purposes only. Please keep away from small children.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 1 week of delivery to recieve a replacement. Your items must be shipped back in order to receive your replacement or refund. Once received, a replacement will be sent to you. We will cover return shipping if your items were damaged in transit.

You can cancel your order up to 48 hours after placing it free of charge by emailing traci@firedrakeartistry.com
After this 48 hour window, a 20% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover seller fees.

All of our handmade products have a 10-12 week production time frame from order date.

All items are handmade with Baltic Birch (unless other specified materials are included in the listing.)
Please note: all of our items are handmade by me, and while I do strive for perfection, due to the nature of materials and handmade items, minimal imperfections are possible, and occasionally do exist. A small imperfection in the finished product is often a reminder that the item was not only handmade with love, by me, but that your product is completely unique to you as well.
