What are your current production times?

Current production times are 4-6 weeks from the order date. We will always try to get our customers their items as soon as we can, but this is our most realistic timeframe. Traci hand makes each product herself!

SHIPPING UPDATES

I placed more than one order. Do you combine shipping?

At this time, our shipping is weight based, so we do not combine shipping if more than one order is placed. This is also for the protection of your products and to avoid damage from overpackaging.

How often do you restock your products?

In order to keep processing times at a minimum, the store will be never be fully restocked all at once. Most collections will be restocked with limited quantities on different occasions, and all sales will be announced on our Instagram page ahead of time. Follow us at @firedrakeartistry for the most recent updates.

Do you ship internationally?

We absolutely do! However, we do not collect VAT or other international taxes, so please be aware of any fees you may have to pay when your package processes through your country.

Do you take custom orders?

At this time, no. In order to keep processing and shipping on schedule, we simply do not have the time to take on orders outside the designs we already create.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 1 week of delivery to recieve a replacement. Your items must be shipped back in order to receive your replacement or refund. Once received, a replacement will be sent to you. We will cover return shipping if your items were damaged in transit. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to 48 hours after placing it free of charge by emailing

After this 48 hour window, a 20% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover seller fees.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please send your address change request to jessie@firedrakeartistry.com

We will need to cancel your previous order and place a new one for you.

Can I hang my signs?

Unless the listing specifically states that the item is a "wall sign," all signs are meant to be shelf sitters or shelf decor. We love that our customers want to find new ways to display our designs, but if you choose to use them outside of their intended purpose, we are not liable for any damages this may incur.
